This salad is very quick and easy to make, yet makes a nice lunch or light dinner. Its packed with fiber. 1 can of mixed beans, drained Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and toss together. Serve sprinkled with feta cheese and whole wheat nutty bread. Posted in Recipes, Salads || No Comments »
