4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place chicken breasts in a shallow baking pan. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered 45 minutes or until chicken is done, basting chicken periodically. Editor’s Note: I like to keep frozen orange juice on hand. Scoop a little out and mix with an appropriate amount of water, melting the frozen juice in the microwave if necessary. I also like to cut the chicken breasts into 3 or so pieces each. It gives more surface area that is in direct contact with the honey mixture. This is the most delicious meal that I’ve eaten and not regreted. It was extremely healthy and yet didn’t lack any flavor! Not only that, but it was easy. Thanks for the recipe!
