1 can black beans Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve. Editor’s note: This also goes very well with mozzarella cheese as a topping. Great with Mexican dishes. Technorati Tags: black bean recipe
